Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide agile training courses and coaching services to UK Government and public sector organisations. These terms apply to all bookings and engagements.

2. Booking and Payment

Public Courses

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• Government clients may request invoice payment (net 30 days)
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

Private Cohort Training

• A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation
• The balance is due 14 days before the course date
• Invoices can be raised against a valid purchase order

3. Cancellation Policy

By You

• More than 14 days before: Full refund or transfer to another date
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund or free transfer
• Less than 7 days before: No refund, but substitution of attendee allowed

By Us

In the rare event we need to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking on an alternative date of your choice.

4. Certification

Where certification is included (e.g., PSM I, PSPO I), exam fees are included in the course price. Exam attempts and retake policies are subject to the certifying body's terms (e.g., Scrum.org).

5. Intellectual Property

Course materials are provided for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials is prohibited without written consent.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from your use of the training content.

7. Coaching Engagements

Coaching and advisory services are billed at the agreed daily rate. Cancellations with less than 5 working days' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the daily rate for cancelled days.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
