About Us

Government Agile Training is a trading name of Omnicomplexity Ltd, delivering practical agile and digital training designed specifically for UK government professionals.

Our courses are designed and delivered by Chris Preece - a senior delivery practitioner with over 25 years of experience across public and private sectors. Chris holds a First Class BSc in Applied Computer Technology and professional certifications including CSP, PSM, CSM, and PAM.

Chris is currently embedded in a central government department where he coaches senior civil servants (SCS 1-3 and G6) and delivers practitioner training for Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and other Government Digital and Data professionals. In 2025, he trained over 80 practitioners and coached more than 100 senior leaders across central government.

Before government, Chris led large-scale delivery programmes in the private sector - including a 600-person programme at a FTSE 100 financial services company and international work for a global pharmaceutical company. He brings this breadth of experience into every course, grounding agile theory in the practical realities of delivery at scale.

What makes our training different is simple: it's designed by someone who does this work every day, in government, and understands the real challenges - spend controls, ministerial priorities, cross-departmental dependencies, and the Capability Framework.
